Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Supplementary rescue protection for people swimming and bathing at the Aqua - Plant Indoor Swimming Pool facility in Mikołów, at ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 22 and full rescue protection on the premises of the Planty Recreation Center w Mikoów at ul. Constitution of 3 May 38.2. Aqua Plant indoor swimming pool in Mikoów at ul. Constitution of May 3 22.1) The subject of the order will be carried out: from Saturday to Sunday from from 600 to 2200 for a total of 100 hours per month (possibility of shortening, or extension of working time or total working hours for reasons beyond the control of the ordering party)2) Working hours of lifeguards will be established no later than the 25th of each month for the following month.3) Description of the facility: sports swimming pool 25.00 m x 12.50 m and depth 1.20 m to 1.80 m; recreational and rehabilitation swimming pool with dimensions 13.50 m x 6.00 m and a depth of 0.80 m to 1.20 m, from which a braking zone for the slide has been separated; jacuzzi with dimensions of 2.00 m x 4.00 m for 12 people, open pipe slide with a length of 46 m.4) The scope of duties includes: a) compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, work discipline and regulations applicable on the premises, b) operation and maintenance...
