1. The subject of the order is:
"Adaptation of the facilities of the Provincial Combined Hospital of Dr.Romana Ostrzycki in Konin for fire protection requirements - renovation of the staircase smoking system (K1, K2 and K3) and corridors in the building and along with the implementation of project documentation - the facility at ul. Szpitalna 45 in Konin "as part of the design and build formula, which includes:
a) development-execution of project documentation (which consists of the provisions of the contract indicated in Annex 7-in Annex 2.1. To SWZ-description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 2.2. To SWZ-functional and utility program projects and studies, hereinafter referred to as "documentation"Song" or "works") for the purposes of performing further construction works,
b) construction and installation works, described in detail in Annex 7 - planned provisions of the contract, Annex 2.1. to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 2.2. to SWZ-a functional and utility program,consisting in particular in:
-mechanical piercing of holes in the walls or ceilings of brick and concrete along with the installation of tubular culverts,
-mounted wall strips made of PVC on walls and ceilings, fixing expansion dowels on brick and concrete,
-p.vertically and on the ceiling,
-pulling into the cable pipes,
-Ithing, spreading on connectors and turning on station cables,
