- 1. Description of the subject of the order: 1.1 The Ordering Party will entrust and the Contractor will undertake, in an uninterrupted and continuous manner, the administration and maintenance services of the Municipal Cemetery in Dzieroniow at ul. Wrocawska, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular: 1) the Act of January 31, 1959 on cemeteries and burial of the dead (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1590);2) regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 7, 2008 on the requirements that cemeteries, graves and other burial places for bodies and remains must meet (Journal of Laws of 2008, No. 48, item 284);3) regulation of the Minister of Health of 7 December 2023 on the death certificate template (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2734);4) regulation of the Minister of Health of December 7, 2001 on the treatment of bodies and human remains (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1910);5) regulation of the Minister of Affairs Internal Affairs and Administration of August 1 2001 on the method of keeping records of graves (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 90, item 1013, as amended);6) Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 6, 2001 on the list of infectious diseases for which the declaration of death requires special proceedings with z...
