Description:
The subject of the order is the management and administration of municipal resources owned by the Municipality of Wbrzeno, a detailed list of which is included in Annexes No. 1 and 2 to the contract template, i.e. Annex No. 4 to the Specification of Terms of Order. Contractor providing management and administration services will be obliged, among other things, to: 1) provide ongoing services to tenants; 2) keeping a register of issued contracts regarding the premises listed in Annex No. 1 and 2 to the contract template; 3) preparing documents regarding the assessment of rent; 4) preparing documents related to measuring the area of premises and subletting premises;5) handling matters related to the issuance of invoices and bills, rent collection;6) carrying out technical inspections;7) maintaining the appropriate technical condition of the property; 8) maintaining cleanliness on the property and adjacent areas; 9) providing municipal authorities with data regarding rents of residential premises, in connection with the location, age of the building and its technical condition as well as the usable area of the premises and its standard, resulting from lease agreements located in the managed buildings;10) ensuring proper mr...
