Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the administration and ongoing maintenance of:
Katowicka in Kamienna Gora,
Wałbrzyska in Kamienna Gora,
2. cemetery Jewish (plot no. 158, precinct 7) in Kamienna Gora.
Administration and ongoing maintenance of municipal cemeteries and the Jewish cemetery in Kamienna Up
132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
139 section 1 of the Act, the order of evaluation of offers is reversed (reverse procedure).
2.1. First, the Ordering Party will examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
2.2. In connection with the use of this procedure, the Ordering Party does not require submitting the declaration referred to with the offer. in Chapter XI point 2 of the SWZ. The Ordering Party will require this declaration only from the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest.
