Description:
1. The subject of the order is the task of administering the Municipal Cemetery on behalf of the Czelad Commune from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The Municipal Cemetery has a total area of 58,527 m2 and is located at ul. Wojkowicka in Czeladź. The subject of the contract will be implemented from the date of conclusion of the contract, no earlier than January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 2. As part of this order, the Ordering Party provides in accordance with Art. 35 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the possibility of using a single renewal of the order, consisting in repeating the subject of the order referred to in Chapter III of the SWZ Description of the subject of the order for the next 12 months.3. The Ordering Party, after the end of the Agreement implementation period referred to in section 1 of this chapter provides for the possibility of a single request resumption of the order for the next 12 months on the terms set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, provided that the service is properly performed and confirmed by the work acceptance protocols referred to in section 5. 4 (PPU)- attachment No. 5 to SWZ.4.
