Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the administration of a paid parking zone in the city of Oleśnica, the Oleśnica commune in the Lower Silesian Voivodship, later called the "SPP" in 2025 - 2030.
2. The subject of the contract includes in particular:
2.1 SPP device and equipment in 23 pcs. parking meters and other devices necessary for the proper functioning of the SPP, in accordance with approved and implemented projects of the target traffic organization. Barms with the "P" information plate for the period of the service will be kept on a regular basis by the Ordering Party;
2.2 Technical and administrative supervision and a comprehensive service that guarantees constant operational readiness of technical and computer devices as well as ongoing maintenance of SPP and its equipment, excluding road marking,
2.3 charging fees for stopping in SPP (hereinafter parking), subscription fees and additional fees, settlement of these revenues and transferring them to the Ordering Party,
2.4 Control of paying parking fees,
2.5 Organizing, equipping and conducting within the SPP within the borders of the Old Town of the Customer Service Office (hereinafter BOKPP),
2.6 Preparation of documents and sending them for debt collection receivables for unpaid additional fees for parking a vehicle in SPP without a valid parking ticket,
2.7 Equipment and organization in KAKPP and on its own computer sets of the Ordering Party (pcs. 3) of the Central Electronic Data Record system, which will collect:
