The subject of the contract is the ongoing administration of real estate properties located in the housing stock of the Zakopane City Commune, maintenance, repair of failures and technical maintenance of real estate properties located in the Zakopane City Commune resources, as well as maintaining proper sanitary and orderly of buildings
and adjacent areas located in the resources of the Zakopane City Commune.

The subject of the order is the ongoing performance of activities in the field of real estate administration located in the housing stock of the Zakopane City Commune, i.e.
- municipal buildings and associated areas,

Maintenance, troubleshooting and technical maintenance of real estate located in the resources of the Zakopane City Commune.
The subject of the order includes in particular:
- identifying the owners of the network in the event of a failure and immediately calling the appropriate services to remove the failure and its consequences (or remove the failure if it is not the responsibility of the network owner),
