Description:
1) preparation of a Business Plan for the creation of a commercial incubator in a financial technology startup ecosystem (FinTech) in accordance with the structure presented in Appendix 1 to the Agreement template (Business Plan);
2) preparation of a Business Plan presentation for potential investors - in ppt formatand financial projection;
3) performance of the TPI Private Investor Test from the point of view of the involvement of IDA S.A. at FinTech Hub Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Private Investor Test or TPI"), hereinafter collectively as "Work Results" or "Subject of the Agreement". Details of the structure of the Private Investor Test are describede in Annex 2 to the Agreement (TPI Structure).
