Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of an advisory service regarding the development of ARP S.A.'s operation and development strategy and development strategy taking into account ESG goals and implementation of sustainable development reporting.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. Zakres The contractor's obligations were specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
During the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor may use subcontractors, for whose actions or omissions are responsible for your own actions and omissions. Entrusting the performance of part of the order to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for proper performance of the contract. In the event that the Contractor intends to allocate the contract to subcontractors (in accordance with joke. 462 para. 1 of the PZP Act), it is required to indicate in the offer by the Contractor part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors, and providing the names of these subcontractors, contact details in the offer form, if they are already known.
6. The applicant provides for the right of options on the principles and the conditions set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
