Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of individual advisory services for each of 400 employers participating in the project entitled "Employees - the best investment for the company 2.0". The advisory service for each employer will consist of two stages:
a) stage I covering individual support advisory in the field of diagnosis and analysis of the company's situation, as well as developing an individual age management strategy (SZW) together with a support proposal under the project,
b) Stage II, including individual advisory support in the field of SZW implementation, including the design and implementation of staffing processes and tools supporting employee management, taking into account the practical implementation of diversity management, including age in the company.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract were specified in the attachments to SWZ: Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject Orders (OPZ), Annex No. 2 to SWZ - contract template.
