Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Supervision, we invite all contractors to submit offers for the intermediation service in the rental of office space, warehouse space and parking spaces for the Office of Technical Inspection in Warsaw. The purpose of this inquiry is to select a contractor who will provide the intermediation service. rental of office space, warehouse space and parking spaces for the UDT Branch in Warsaw. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor will not receive any remuneration from the Ordering Party. Remuneration for the above-mentioned services will be due if the Ordering Party concludes a Rental Agreement with the indicated entity by the Contractor (real estate agent). The contractor will be entitled to collect remuneration from the entity with which the Ordering Party will conclude a real estate lease agreement, based on a separate commission agreement concluded with this entity. Attachment to the request for quotation1. Description of the premises for rent.2. A template of the contract between the Ordering Party and the Contractor (real estate agent) along with the detailed scope of services provided by the Contractor (real estate agent).3. List of experience (Excel attachment). The Ordering Party informs that the selection of the contractor with whom the Ordering Party will conclude a contract for the above-mentioned service will take place in two stages, i.e. Stage I - collection of offers from contractors based on this announcement on the purchasing platform and evaluation of the submitted offers.
