Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Agency ticket sales and providing information to travelers regarding transport law, railway tariffs and timetables at the following stations: Kostrzyn Wielkopolski, Skoki, Wągrowiec and Wolsztyn2. Order completion date for each location no earlier than from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028. The subject of the order was divided into four parts called TASKS with the following scope: 1) Task No. 1 - Kostrzyn Wlkp. - Annex No. 2.1 to SWZ, 2) Task No. 2 - Skoki - Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ,3) Task No. 3 - Wągrowiec - Annex No. 2.3 to the SWZ,4) Task No. 4 -Wolsztyn - Annex No. 2.4 to the SWZ, The description of the procedure can be found in the Specification of Procurement Conditions (SWZ) constituting an annex to this procedure (available in the tab "Appendices"). The detailed description and implementation conditions are specified in Annex No. 1 (Offer form), Annex No. 2.1 - 2.4 (Pricing form for selected Tasks), Annex No. 3 (Description of the subject of the Order), Annex No. 4 (Model agency agreement for Kostrzyn Wlkp., Skoki), Annex No. 4 (Template of the agency agreement for Wągrowiec, Wolsztyn), Annex No. 5 (Template of the cash register rental agreement), Appendix No. 6 (Template of the sublease agreement for premises) and Appendix No. 7 (Obligations of the subtenant) to the SWZ (available in the tab "Appendices").3.
