- Agreement for the provision of maintenance services regarding the exposure of the NBP Money Center for a period of 3 years 1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and servicing services to the Ordering Party of the NBP Money Center in Warsaw. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the option to commission the Contractor to perform: 1) Technical support services, with a time limit of up to 1,000 hours; 2) Orders for minor installation and construction works on the premises of CP, including: a)work installation and construction, b) removing the effects of the Failure in the scope of repairs of building elements and interior design, c) maintenance and repair activities of devices and installations not covered by the contractor's service (e.g. in the event of non-compliance with External contractors of works under warranty obligations), d) modernization, reconfiguration or change of operating parameters of devices that cannot be performed without replacing parts or components, e)assembly and disassembly of Exhibition elements not related to removal failures and faults. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as the requirements and rules for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the Specification.
