- 1. Subject of the contract.
The subject of this Order is the provision of service services of devices included in the air conditioning installation of the mine air air conditioning at the Daniłowicz shaft and at Paderewski shaft (hereinafter referred to as "air conditioning installation"), hereinafter referred to as "services service. "
2. The scope of service services
2.1 Services include:
1) performing service readiness and providing consultations and advice in the operation and operation of serviced devices, on the principles set out in § 6 of the contract template,
2) Removal of consumables and critical failures detected in the installation and the implementation of renovations on the principles set out in § 7 of the contract template,
3) periodic service and maintenance reviews of serviced devices included in the air conditioning installation together with the purchase of all consumables necessary to perform inspections and Diagnosis of the technical condition of the installation and analysis of the technological process in order to prevent the occurrence of consumables and critical failures, on the principles set out in § 8 of the contract template. General periodic inspection schedules are Annex 3 to the contract template.
4) purchase and delivery, for separate orders, all parts, components and materials necessary to perform service services, to the extent beyond the scope indicated in point 6.3, on the terms set out in § 9 of the contract template,
