Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery service of oral rabies vaccine for free-living foxes in 2026-2027, carried out as part of the basic order and under the order covered by the Option Right, divided into 9 parts.
2. Detailed description and requirements for the item orders for each part and the method of order execution were specified in the SWZ and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constituting the draft provisions of the contract.
3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option for some parts of the order (a detailed description can be found in Chapter VI, subchapter I, section 1). SWZ). The subject of the order specifies the basic scope related to the purchase of vaccine delivery services. Additional purchases of the airdrop depend on the ability to finance the purchases and the needs of a given Unit, in particular in the event of the need to carry out additional vaccination campaigns and the occurrence of circumstances specified in the contract and may not go beyond the framework specified in Chapter VI, subchapter I, section 1 SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting the electronic auction referred to in art. 227 238 of the Public Procurement Law.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers within the meaning of Art. 92 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
