Description:
1. The subject of the contract is delivery together with the assembly and development of project documentation for the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Air protection in the Żychlin commune through the use of renewable energy sources on residential buildings - stage III". The task is to design and implementation of delivery, assembly and starting the installation:
- photovoltaic installations: 90 pcs.
- Solar collectors' installation: 39 pcs.
- Pellet boilers: 30 pcs.
on the parameters indicated in the ranking starting on page 2 of the functional and utility program (PFU), constituting Annex to SWZ. The installations in question will produce heat or electricity for the own needs of a residential building for which it will be installed.
The solutions used will have to promote environmental technologies that conducive to the closed circulation economy through their susceptibility to the recycling process. Installations may not consist / contain materials that emit harmful substances into the air, water or soil. During the implementation of construction/installation works, it is required to use construction tools and machinery using renewable energy (Equipment such as a screwdriver, angle grinder, welding machine, forklift, etc. electrically powered and/or with electric batteries, which will be charged with renewable energy energy, e.g. solar or biogas).
