The subject of the order is insurance: a) civil liability (third party liability) of the aircraft operator within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 785/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on insurance requirements in regarding air carriers and aircraft operators, as amended. for the following aircraft: 1) 1 W3-AM Anakonda helicopter with serial number 37/09/13; 2) 1 M-20 Mewa aircraft with factory number 1AH002-15; 3) 4 helicopters PZL Kania with factory numbers 90/04/01, 90/04/02, 90/04/03, 90/04/05; 4) 4 PZL 104 MF Wilga 2000 aircraft with factory numbers 00980004, 00980005, 00980007, 00980008; 5) 1 PZL M-28 05 Skytruck aircraft with factory number AJE 00311; 6) 2 ASP aircraft S15-1 with factory numbers ASP 032, ASP 033; 7) 1 Robinson R44 Raven II helicopter with factory number 14309; 8) 4 L410 UVP E20 aircraft - factory numbers 3301, 3302, 3416, 3417; 9) 1 Airbus Helicopters helicopter, type H135 (P3H) with serial number 2087; b) from the consequences of accidents (NNW). 2.
