- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Development of three separate multi-branch documentation of design and coster thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for building facilities located in Gdańsk at:
-Al. Grunwaldzka 580, plot No. 81/2, registration precinct 006,
Grunwaldzka 582, plot No. 80/2, registration precinct 006,
Grunwaldzka 584, plot No. 79/2, registration precinct 006,
b) obtaining administrative decisions for conducting construction works from the competent administration body architectural and construction, enabling the start of construction works by the Ordering Party;
c) execution of one -off investor cost estimates;
d) exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
-confirming in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-Forning Possibilities of introducing replacement solutions in relation to
to the construction or supervision inspector provided for in the project investor and in accordance with the concluded contract.
