A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of all-day services of nutrition for patients of the Care and Medical Department located at ul. Olszańska 5, 31-513 Kraków consisting in successive preparation and delivering meals along with the delivery of food products (protein additives and deposits) necessary for all-day comprehensive nutrition of ZOL.2 patients. The service includes delivering meals in pure collective containers (non-placed meals) to the ZOL kitchen in quantities resulting from the number of hospitalized patients taking into account the requirements of the Ordering Party and Recommendations of the Dietary Food and Nutrition Institute in Warsaw. 3. The Ordering Party performs a portioning of meals, distribution to a patient, dish reception and removal of meals .4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a service in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 25 August 2006. on food and nutrition safety (ie Journal of Laws of 2019.. 1252, as amended). 5.
