Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service entitled "All -day provision of the SPZZOZ patient nutrition service in Wyszkow together with the lease of kitchen and auxiliary rooms and equipment" based on the principles of GHP/GMP (principles of good hygiene practice and good production practice)and the system of analyzing threats and critical HACCP control points.
2. The service should be carried out in the form of catering in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (i.e.easily digestible - 60, basic diet - 10, five -story - 30), with this number may change depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4. The Contractor undertakes to react flexibly to increased or decreased needs of the Employer in the scope of performing the service.
