The subject of the order is the service of year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads - the A2 motorway, national road no. 2 (92) and national road No. 68 managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Branch in Lublin, Region in Międzyrzec Podlaski, along with all elements.
The scope of work to be performed as part of the ongoing maintenance of national roads includes the following products:
- current road maintenance (BUD),
- ongoing maintenance of highways and expressways (BUA),
- winter road maintenance (ZUD),
- ongoing maintenance of engineering facilities (BUM),
including year-round maintenance of the road surface, body and drainage,
sidewalks, engineering structures.
of estimated value over EUR 10,000,000.
The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks covered by the subject of the order.
Performer is obliged to personally perform the reservations reserved by the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, key tasks specified in Work Group no 10 - ZUD and Work Group No. 11 - Contract Management, i.e. activities performed by the following members of the Road Maintenance Team:
