- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of 1,060 tons of aluminum sulphate - a coagulant used to treat water intended for human consumption (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
3. Detailed real termsthe order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
4. Subject means of evidence:
4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit the following evidence together with the offer.evidence:
1) current Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene, approving the product for use in water intended for human consumption;
2) Technical Specification of the offered Product.
Note: The technical specification should confirmensure compliance with all requirements specified in point 2 of Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
4.2. The Ordering Party reserves that in the event that the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to above, or if the submitted evidence turns out to be incompletene, the Contractor will be summoned pursuant to Art. 107 section 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to submit or supplement them within the prescribed deadline.
