Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of ammunition, hereinafter referred to as the "commodity" divided into 2 parts, specified below:
1.1. Part 1 - Delivery of 5.56x45 ammunition with anti -circuit projectile,
1.2. Part 2 - Delivery of ammunition 12/70.
2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex 5 to SWZ - "DetailedPrice offer ".
3. Qualitative standards were presented in Annex 6 to SWZ -" Designed provisions of the contract ".
4. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting partial offers into any number of parts, taking into account the division of the scope of the order into 2 parts presented in Annex 5 to SWZ -"Detailed price offer".
5. The goods will be picked up in terms of technical condition, quality and completion at the place of delivery by the authorized representatives of the Ordering Party.
6. The goods must meet the quality requirements specified in the relevant standards and must have the required approvalsand approvals in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered goods in the assortment and quantities to the Employer's warehouse, in accordance with Annex 5 to SWZ - "Detailed price offer".
