Description:
The subject of this contract is the delivery, bringing, arrangement, assembly, installation and commissioning of an angiograph with equipment, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order" or "equipment" in the Hemodynamics Laboratory (applies to part no. 1) / in the Laboratory Electrophysiology (applies to part no. 2) of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o. o., at ul. Hubalczyków 1, in accordance with the Assortment and Quantity Form and the Description of the Subject of the Order. The subject scope has remained described in detail in the appendix to this SWZ and in the contract template - Part II of the SWZ. The description of the subject of the order includes a list of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training - Part III of the SWZ.
