Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the animation and decentralization of the entrepreneurial process of discovery based on the model of external managed Małopolska specialization platforms.
2. Meeting consists of four parts:
a) Part 1: Organization of the management structure and animation of the entrepreneurial process Discovering and continuing these activities within the Lesser Poland specialization platform Healthy society;
b) Part 2: Organization of the management structure and animation of the entrepreneurial process of discovering and continuing these activities within the Lesser Poland specialization platform sustainable energy and industry;
c) Part 3: organization of the management structure and animation of the entrepreneurial process of discovering and continuing these activities within the Lesser Poland specialization platform Availability of services and comfort of life;
d) Part 4: Organization of the management structure and animation of the entrepreneurial process Discovering and continuation of these activities within the Lesser Poland specialization platform advanced materials, processes, devices.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) contains, respectively, Annex 1D to SWZ, respectively.
4. The terms of the contract are included in planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute attachment No. 1c to SWZ for a given part of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
