Description:
The organizer provides to select the operator in a direct conclusion of the contract for the provision of services in the field of public public transport, in accordance with art. 19 para. 1 point 3 and art. 22 section 1 item 1 of the Act on public public transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285), in a situation where The contractor will not be selected in this procedure due to changes in the value of the contract, the operator will be elected under the Public Procurement Law.
Determining the type of transport and communication line, communication lines or communication network on which transport will be carried out:
1) Type of transport: public public transport - municipal passenger transport
2) Determining communication lines: transport of passengers in municipal passenger transport in the Murowana Goślina commune on the following communication lines:
- line No. 381: Trojanowo - Zielonka
- line No. 382: Ustorowo - Wojnowko
- line No. 383: Głębocko - Łopuchowo
- line No. 384: Starczanowo - Pławno
- line No. 390: Murowana Goślina - Ustorowo
- line No. 391: Murowana Goślina - Mściszewo
- line No. 393: Murowana Goślina - Łopuchowko
- line No. 395: Murowana Goślina - Pławno
- line No. 399: Murowana Goślina - Długa Guest
The expected date of commencement of the contract award procedure or direct conclusion of the contract: III quarter of 2026.
