Description:
Changing an announcement on the intention of direct conclusion of a contract for the provision of public public transport services.
Pursuant to art. 23 para. 1 point 1 in connection with art. 19 para. 1 point 3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285),The chairman of the Management Board announces the intention to conduct the contract awarded procedure in the procedure for the direct conclusion of the contract referred to in art. 22 para. 1 point 1-3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport.

2. Determining the expected procedure for awarding the contract:
direct conclusion of a contract for the provision of public public transport services (Article 22 (1) (1) of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public road transport).
3. Termtype of transport and communication line, communication lines or communication network on which transport will be carried out:
public public transport of a public utilities in the field of poviat passenger transport on communication lines in the Lęborski poviatand neighboring poviats, which concluded with the Lębork poviat and municipal union, or will conclude an agreement as part of the joint implementation of this task.
