Description:
Pursuant to art. 23 para. 1 point 1 in connection with art. 19 para. 1 point 3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285), the staroste of the Lębork poviat announces the intention to conduct the contract award procedure in direct conclusion Agreement referred to in art. 22 para. 1 point 1-3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport.
1. Name and address of the transport organizer:
Lębork poviat, ul. Tankers 5, 84 - 300 Lębork.
2. Creating the expected order for awarding:
Direct conclusion of the contract for Provision of services in the field of public public transport (Article 22 (1) (1) of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public road transport).
3. Creation of the type of transport and communication line, communication lines or communication network on which transport will be carried out:
Public Public public transport in the field of poviat passenger transport on communication lines in the Lębork poviat and neighboring poviats, which concluded with the Lębork poviat, or will conclude an agreement as part of the joint implementation of this task.
4. Pathered The date of direct conclusion of the contract referred to in art. 22 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport: 31.12.2025.
5. Covered duration of the agreement for the provision of public transport services: from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2029 r.
