Pursuant to Art. 19 section 1 point 3 of the Act of December 16, 2010. on public collective transport, the organizer will select the operator in accordance with Art. 22 section 1 of the Act of December 16, 2010. on public collective transport (uniform text, Journal of Laws 2025 pos. 285) by directly concluding a contract for the provision of public collective transport services with PrzedsiΔbiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Ostrowiec ΕwiΔtokrzyski SpoΕka Akcyjna (27-400 /Ostrowiec ΕwiΔtokrzyski, ul.
