- Direct conclusion of a contract for the provision of public transport services pursuant to Art. 19 section 1 point 3 and art. 22 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285) within the meaning of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 concerning public passenger transport services by rail and road and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 1191/69 and (EEC) No 1107/70 (OJ EU L.2007.315.1).
Determining the type of transport and line communication route on which transport will be performed: a) specification of the type of transport: public collective bus transport, b) specification of the communication line: bus transport in public collective transport on a communication line including transport connections on the public road network in the area of the Walce Commune, for which the organizer of public collective transport is the Walce Commune. Pursuant to Art. 23 section 5 of the Act of December 16, 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285), the above information may be changed. Estimated time duration of the contract for the provision of public collective transport services: from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 (nature and quantity of services or identification of needs and requirements)
