Description:
Pursuant to Art. 23 section 1 point 1 in connection with Art. 19 section 1 point 3 of the Act of December 16, 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285, as amended), the Starosta of Lębork County announces the intention to conduct a contract award procedure in a direct manner conclusion of the contract referred to in Art. 22 section 1 point 1-3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public transport.
1. Name and address of the transport organizer:
Lębork County, ul. Czolgowskiej 5, 84 300 Lębork.
2. Determination of the expected procedure for awarding the contract:
Direct conclusion of the contract for the provision of public collective transport services (Article 22(1)(1) of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public road transport).
3.Determination of the type of transport and the communication line, communication lines or communication network on which the transport will be carried out:
Public collective transport of a public utility nature in the field of district passenger transport on communication lines in the Lębork County and neighboring counties that have concluded an agreement with the Lębork County or will enter into an agreement as part of the joint implementation of this task.
4. Anticipated date of direct conclusion of the contract referred to in Art. 22 section 1 point 1 of the Act of December 16, 2010 on public transport: December 31, 2026
5. Expected duration of the contract for the provision of public transport services: from January 1, 2027 to 31.12.203...
