Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service "Annual building inspections and periodic inspections of hydrotechnical facilities".
2. The Employer allows for partial offers. The order consists of the following parts:
- Part 1: Periodic inspections of annual and five-year hydrotechnical buildingsin the management board of the catchment plant in Tczew,
- part 2: Periodic reviews of annual hydrotechnical buildings at the board of the catchment area in Tczew.Orders - Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ),
planned provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex 8 to SWZ.
The Ordering Party does not allow the division of the order within individual parts.
3. The Employer does not provide for the possibility of awarding orders referred to in art. 214 para.1 point 7 of the PZP Act
4. The Employer does not reserve the obligation to do the contractor in person key parts of the contract. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the subcontractor's order. The contracting authority demands the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, the performance of which he intends to entrustsubcontractors and the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Subcontracting requirements are specified in PPU.
5. The Employer does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of the option referred to in art. 441 of the PZP.
