The competition is a competition competition, i.e. in which cash prizes are awarded andInvitation of the author/authors of the selected competition work for negotiations in a free -source order mode to perform the service based on the selected competition work. The competition is conducted in the procedure of a limited two -stage competition, i.e.:Applications for admission to participation in the competition in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Regulations, within the time limit specified in the schedule of the competition,
2) The Ordering Party allows to participate in the Competition and invites to submit studies of studies participants of the CompetitionThe requirements specified in Chapter 7 of the Regulations,
3) submitting studies by participants of the competition invited to submit studies, based on applications for admission, within the time limit specified in the competition schedule. Material scope, form of study and presentation methodStudies' studies were specified in Chapter 11 of the Regulations, the material scope and form of study and the method of presentation of the study study,
