Description:
The contractor submits an offer via the Purchasing Platform at https://kowr.eb2b.com.pl/. The offer must be prepared in Polish, in electronic form and bear a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. Offers must be submitted by November 5, 2025. until 10:00 via the Purchasing Platform. The offers will be opened on November 5, 2025 at 10:30 on the Purchasing Platform.
