- 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation, i.e. guidelines for artificial shore recharge in the town of Midzywodzie on the coastal section of km 392,650 393,150 and 394,000 394,600 and the implementation of artificial recharge on this total section (section with a length of 1100 m). A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the PFU constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law The contractor will employ on the basis of a contract on work within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, persons performing activities within the scope of work covered by the subject of the contract, including persons performing general construction works and construction machinery operators. Obligation to employ under an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code does not apply to persons performing only design work. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under an employment contract are specified in the contract template. constituting Appendix 2 to SWZ.3.
