The aim of the competition is to obtain the best artistic concept for a short animated film made in 2D computer animation with possible 3D elements under the working title "Barb and Zigi". The task of the competition is to select, through verification and evaluation in accordance with the Regulations,concept that will be the basis for the Competition winner to develop a full ANIMATION enabling the production of an animated film in 2D with possible 3D elements by the Competition Organizer.
