The Małopolska plant in Krakow, invites contractors with knowledge of the experience of experience in the question of submitting price information regarding scrap metal, stored in Sucha Beskidzka Ikrakow, in accordance with the following conditions. 1. Subject Inquiries are the price of scrap metal for sales in classes, quantities and mass (+/- 20%) and waste codes strictly in the "ranking of the scrap for sales", which is a lodge for this question. 2. Scrap metal reception, cost of its loading, weighing and extinguishing, insurance and Transport of scrap metal, as well as other resulting costs in full the buyer. 3. The buyer provides the containers at his own expense with other safe containers in which scrap metal will be picked up. In the case of receipt of ZZ8 class scrap metal, it is possible to receive without applying containers. 4. Before receiving each batch, the scrapping is obliged to pay an advance, based on a proforma issued by Polregio S.A. Paid by transfer to the account of the seller in 7 days. The value will be held on the basis of the actual mass of scrap metal determined as a result of its weighing at least two representatives of the seller. 6.
