POLREGIO S.A. Invites contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information to the provision of a replacement bus service on the episode Zgorzelec - Goerlitz - Zgorzelec on 01-24.07.2025, according to the timetable constituting an attachment to of this inquiry. Another query does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The contractor must have 2 low -floor buses - capacity of 30-50 people. The provider must have an international license allowing the performance of the transport service on the indicated section of the route. it is that agreement with: a) art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions to preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of July 31, 2014 R. which will be chosen to fulfill the order will be obliged to submit a statement on the lack of grounds for exclusion. reserves themselves:- to annul the price information inquiry at every stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason,- the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting bids.
