Description:
POLREGIO S.A. Invites contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information to the provision of a replacement bus service on the episode Zgorzelec - Goerlitz - Zgorzelec on 10-24.09.2025, in accordance with the timetable constituting an attachment to of this inquiry. Another inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The contractor must have 2 vehicles - the capacity of 20-40 people. The provider must have an international license allowing the performance of the transport service on the indicated section of the route. Informs that it is reformed that: a) art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions to preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014. limiting in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 229 of 31.7.2014, p. 1). The contractor who will be elected to fulfill the contract will be obliged to submit a statement on a lack of grounds for exclusion. Inquiries for price information at every stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, the possibility of changing the conditions of the query for price information before the expiry of the date of submitting price information.
