- 1. The subject of the order is the assembly, disassembly and transport of large-scale promotional materials during the "Dolnolska Zima" project in order to promote tourist attractions in 2026. in six locations of two-day events, i.e. in Szklarska Porba, Zielec, Karpacz, Wroclaw, Czarna Gra and in Wieradow-Zdrj.2. The Ordering Party will specify a detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation in the Draft Agreement together with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: SOPZ), constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.3. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party specifies the employment requirements for based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contractor or Subcontractor is obliged to appoint a person who will coordinate the work related to the implementation of the contract. The ordering party requires that the coordinator be employed under an employment contract. Detailed information regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship are included in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.4. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not specify the requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Act Pzp.
