Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the assembly of a safety valve test stand after its relocation. The scope of work includes: − Assembly using elements that have already been transported and could be dismantled without damage, including: tanks, pipes and measuring pipelines.− The Contractor's use of materials necessary to start the station, including:• a control valve,• a bypass valve,• a drain valve,• a cover for capturing water flowing from the tested safety valve,• a conduit flexible DN50 connecting the measuring pipeline with the measuring tank. − Construction of a base for the measuring tank. − Replacing the drain valve in the measuring tank. − Making a connection at the inlet stub of the measuring tank to the flexible conduit DN50 connecting the tank with the pipeline. measurement. − Preparation of the tank for operation, including removal of corrosion centers and their protection. The components of the station and its structure are presented in the attached diagram.
