- Execution of the technical condition and safety of flood embankments and other flood -like buildings, preparing protocols from periodic control (at least once every 5 years) of the technical condition and the usefulness of the building, aesthetics of the building and its the surroundings - flood embankments, shaft gates, flood reservoir, in accordance with the applicable construction law of art. 62 section 1 point 2 of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418).
