Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ - Offer valuation and Annex 2 to SWZ - List of buildings for the review. 62 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (vol. Journal of Lawsfrom 2025 item 418) and preparation of protocols from the reviews carried out.
Periodic control will cover hydrotechnical buildings and embankments as well as buildings on the board of the State Water Farm, Polish Black Management Board in Leszno according to the list of buildings:
1) annual - in accordance with art. 62paragraph 1 point 1) of the Act of 7.07.1994 - Construction Law,
2) five years - in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 2) of the Act of 7.07.1994 - Construction Law,
taking into account the content of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 20 April 2007 on the technical conditions to be met byhydrotechnical buildings and their location (Journal of Laws 2007 No. 86 item 579).
The detailed scope and type of work provided for performance as part of the subject of the contract includes:
a. Review, familiarization and analysis of the available archival documentation found in individual water supervisors,
b.field vision and inspection of objects,
c. Description of the technical condition of hydrotechnical buildings and embankments,
D. Assessment of the value of utility and safety of objects,
e. Assessment of the state of maintenance of objects in the aspect of structure and mechanical elements as well as aesthetics,
