Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of assistant services for groups other than people with disabilities, excluding family assistance. The services will cover a maximum of 30 people participating in the project titled: Assistant service for groups other than individuals disabilities, excluding family assistance. The service covers a total of 9,240 clock hours, which gives an average of 840 hours per month. The working hour is 60 minutes.2. The support is aimed at residents of the Nowa Sarzyna commune who need help in... everyday functioning.3. The services will be provided on weekdays from Monday to Friday at the place of residence of the project participants (the project covers the area of the Nowa Sarzyna Commune) in the following scope: 1) hygiene and nursing care, i.e. washing, bathing, dressing, care recommended by the doctor, prevention of pressure sores, feeding, other hygiene treatments;2) keeping the rooms, clothes and equipment used by the patient clean;3) keeping company, providing emotional support;4) providing support in social life;5) taking care of the preparation of meals;6) assistance in moving around;7) assistance in dealing with official matters;8)...
