Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
Oracle's software and server infrastructure, for which the ordering party was granted licenses under separate contracts;
purchase rights to use the Oracle Paas & Iaas Universal Credit service at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or equivalent services;
and the terms of granting are specified in § 3 of the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract regarding of this proceedings (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"), published on the purchasing platform of the Ordering Party https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl).
Orders are included in Annex 1 and 2 to SWZ.
