Description:
Subject of the proceedings: One-time delivery of hygiene wipes (1,500 unit packages). The above-mentioned assortment must meet the following requirements: unit packaging: cardboard, minimum 150 (one hundred and fifty) wipes per package unit, two-layer cellulose or equivalent. The delivery will be made for the needs of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. The delivered goods must be new and free from defects, original, not encumbered with the rights of third parties. IMPORTANT!!! Prevention of abuse: 1. Bidders bear full responsibility for the compliance of the offered product with the technical requirements.2. If a product is delivered that does not meet the requirements, the Ordering Party has the right to refuse to accept it. The bid amount is the NET value and includes all costs related to the execution of the order. Criterion for evaluating the offers: price 100%. Terms of order execution: Completion date - up to 7 days from the date of placing the order. The supplier undertakes to deliver the goods to the place indicated below, unloading is ensured receiving party. Confirmation of the completed delivery will be its receipt by the Ordering Party on the basis of the Contractor's WZ document. Place of delivery: Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o. 40-074 Katowiceul.
