Subject of the proceedings: One-off delivery of 31 (thirty-one) cash register sets along with the required licenses and accessories for the needs of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o., in accordance with the specifications and conditions set out in the Annex "FZPZ.27.1070.2025.WNZ - Agreement - template" Note - Important! The Ordering Party is introducing 3 Stages of the procedure: STAGE I - SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS Deadline from October 30, 2025 to November 5, 2025, at 12:00 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (to be sent on the Ordering Party's Purchasing Platform eB2B):1) EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERIESThe contractor must demonstrate that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers (and if he has been operating for a shorter period - during this period) he has completed at least one contract corresponding to the type of the subject of the order, i.e. supplies of computers, computer terminals, worth at least PLN 500,000.00 gross. To confirm the fulfillment of the condition, the Contractor will present documents confirming the proper performance of the supplies, such as references, acceptance reports or other equivalent documents.2) Third Party Liability PolicyThe contractor must have a current business liability insurance policy covering damages that may arise in connection with the implementation of the subject of the order, for an amount not lower than than PLN 750,000.00 gross. The contractor undertakes to maintain the validity of the policy throughout the duration of the contract.
