Subject matter of the proceedings: Successful deliveries of toilet soaps and health and safety pastes for the needs of employees of Koleje Śląskie Sp. z o. o. Ww. the assortment must meet the requirements described in: FZPZ.27.1094.2025.WNZ AGREEMENT - TEMPLATE ("Appendices" tab) and must also be new and free from defects, original, unencumbered rights of third parties.=========The bid amount is the NET value for the implementation of the entire order and should include all costs related to its implementation. Bid evaluation criterion: 100% price. Conditions and details regarding the implementation of the order: specified in the document FZPZ.27.1094.2025.WNZ - AGREEMENT -TEMPLATE ("Attachments" tab) Place of delivery: Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. 40-074 Katowiceul. Raciborska 58Building C Delivery method: The Ordering Party expects 6 deliveries. Completion date from receipt of the demand notification: 4 business days. Payment deadline - 30 days from the date of delivery (§7 Remuneration) Conditions Warranty - 24 months from the date of receipt of a given batch of goods (§6 Warranty). The Ordering Party reserves the right not to select any of the submitted offers without giving a reason. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time.
