The subject of the contract is the execution of the energy audit, developing design documentation and construction - assembly of hot water installations with circulation, central heating and gas (feeding the boiler), replacement of cold water and sanitary water installation, gas boiler system and cell adaptation Locators for the boiler room in the building at ul. Żółkiewskiego 5 in Warsaw.2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) execution of the building inventory for the purpose of design documentation, 2) enforcement of energy audit, 3) performance of design documentation, 4) implementation of construction works, 5) execution of as-built documentation.3. The scope of work specifies: functional and utility program along with a description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 10 to this SIWZ. 2.
